DIRECTIONS

• Rte. 93 North or South to Rte. 495 North to exit 51A (Route 125 South)
• Follow for about 2-3 miles toward downtown Haverhill
• Take left at onto Ginty Blvd (intersection after you pass library on the left)
• Follow Ginty Blvd and continue straight onto Water Street (Route 97 South) for approximately 2 miles
• Take left turn into the entrance of Merrimack Valley Hospital
• Office is on the 3rd  Floor  (Suite 304C) of the Merrimack Medical Center attached to the Hospital
  

FROM Route 125 North (in Bradford)

• Route 125 North toward Haverhill
• After crossing the bridge over the Merrimack River, take a right onto Water Street
• Follow for about 3 miles toward entrance of Merrimack Valley Hospital on the left
• Office is on the 3rd  Floor  (Suite 304C) of the Merrimack Medical Center attached to the Hospital
