• Rte. 95 North to exit 3 (first Portsmouth Exit)
• Turn right onto Rte. 33 eastbound
• Take left turn at traffic light
• Bear to your right onto Borthwick Ave. The Millennium building #155

• Rte. 95 South to Exit 3B in Portsmouth
• Turn right onto Rte. 33 traveling southbound towards Portsmouth
• Travel halfway around the Portsmouth Traffic Circle to Rte.1 By-Pass exit
• Turn right at the second traffic light onto Borthwick Ave.The Millenium Building (#155) will be on the right hand side shortly after you pass the Portsmouth hospital.  NEDA is located on the 2nd floor of the WEST wing.
