Jamie Lowery Piacentini, NP-C, APRN, DNP
Jamie Lowery Piacentini is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She attended Simmons School of Nursing Health & Health Sciences and completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Summa Cum Laude distinction. In addition, Jamie attended the University of New Hampshire and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Jamie is also an Advanced Nurse Injector for cosmetics and a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association (DNA) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Piacentini’s specialty areas include skin cancer detection and women’s health issues such as adult acne, GYN dermatology, hair loss and anti-aging cosmetics. Jamie worked diligently with the legislature in Maine to pass a law to restrict indoor tanning for minors under the age of 18 in the state of Maine. It had been attempted multiple times and was finally passed in 2019.
