Abby Finkenauer is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Vermont and later completed her Master of Medical Science at the prestigious Yale School of Medicine.

Abby began her healthcare journey working as an EMT and as a clinical assistant in Mohs surgery, where she developed a strong foundation in procedural dermatology and patient care. She treats both pediatric and adult patients, with clinical interests that include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, rashes, rosacea, hyperhidrosis, hair loss, scars, and a wide range of other dermatologic conditions.

Abby recently relocated to New Hampshire, where she is excited to serve the local community and help patients feel confident in their skin. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring the great outdoors—especially biking and skiing through the trails and slopes of New Hampshire.
