Alaina Iannazzi, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with specialized expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with an emphasis on improving not only skin health but also overall well-being. Alaina earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Bryant University. She completed her residency at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Emergency Medicine, further strengthening her clinical foundation.

Alaina’s passion for dermatology was deeply rooted in her own experience as a patient. She understands firsthand the emotional and social impact that visible skin conditions can have. With this insight, she strives to ensure every patient feels seen, supported, and empowered. Her approach focuses on building trust and developing personalized treatment plans that address both the medical and psychological aspects of dermatologic concerns. She treats a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, actinic keratoses, alopecia, contact dermatitis, cysts and bumps, eczema, fungal infections, hair loss, moles, psoriasis, rosacea, shingles, skin cancer, vitiligo, and warts. In addition to medical dermatology, Alaina offers cosmetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and treatments for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).
