Rachel Herwerth, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Stonehill College and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Saint Joseph. With over three years of dermatology experience—including roles as a certified dermatology technician, medical assistant, scribe, and lead clinical trainer—Rachel brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Rachel strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based dermatologic care that respects each patient as an individual. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where patients of all backgrounds feel comfortable discussing their skin health. Rachel’s clinical expertise includes the treatment of acne, rashes, hair loss, excessive sweating, lesions of concern, and skin cancer. She also assists in active clinical trials alongside Dr. David Greenstein, contributing to the advancement of new therapies for common dermatologic conditions.

In addition to medical dermatology, Rachel offers a range of cosmetic and surgical services. Her cosmetic treatments include sclerotherapy, laser therapies, and chemical peels. Her surgical experience includes cryotherapy, electrodessication and curettage, and excisional surgery.
