Shari Ashton, PA-C was born in Maine and raised in New England. She attended Elon College in NC and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree and minors in Human Services and Psychology. She was inducted into several Honor Societies. She then attended Barry University where she earned a Master of Clinical Medical Science degree and her PA certificate. In 2000, she began her medical career in Family Practice where she learned she had a passion for Dermatology. In 2009, she transitioned to the field of Dermatology.

In her spare time, Shari enjoys reading, traveling, crocheting and going on adventures with her two sons.
