Zinnia Deth, NP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in surgical and Mohs dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude from Salem State University, and went on to complete both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at Regis College, where she also graduated magna cum laude in 2025.

Zinnia’s patient care philosophy centers on providing compassionate, evidence-based care while building strong and trusting relationships with her patients. She is deeply committed to patient education, preventive care, and creating individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique skin health needs. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Her clinical expertise includes a range of surgical procedures, such as cryotherapy, electrodessication and curettage, and excisional surgery, with a particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer.

Outside of the clinic, Zinnia enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors, as well as relaxing at home with her two cats.
